We all know the last couple of years have been tough with the pressures of everyday life, work, parenting, and a global pandemic. It’s time we get some relief.

Luke & Jeriney want you to scream it out! Join us Saturday, March 5 at Lauridsen Amphitheater at Water Works Park from 9-11 am for a nice self-care session of screaming.

We’ll have games and activities, and Polk County Health Services will be on site with tips for managing your mental health.

Once we’re all together, we’ll relieve some stress and scream it out!

Plus, everyone that attends can sign up for a chance to win tickets to the sold out Elton John show at Wells Fargo Arena.
