Westminster Church begins this fall’s Fine Arts season on Sunday, September 22, with “Freedom of Expression,” an art exhibit featuring works by the women at the Iowa Correctional Institution in Mitchellville. The exhibit will continue through November 3 and can be viewed any time the building is open.
