Journey to the Bridges of Madison County and other unique venues. Our first stop will be at Howell’s Dried Floral and Greenhouse. Explore the 1910 Gift Barn filled with beautiful Fall floral arrangements or stroll through the farm exhibits. Visit John Wayne Birthplace, enjoy lunch at Northside Café where Clint Eastwood ate, and enjoy free time to visit the unique shops in downtown Winterset. A step on guide will take us to the historic covered bridges of Madison County. Our last two stops will be the Pumpkin Patch and the Madison County Winery. Fee: $55; includes motorcoach transportation, lunch and tour fees. Departure from the Living History Farms Parking Lot in Urbandale. Registration deadline is September 25.
