Prepare for another thrilling evening of suspense and intrigue at the Science Center of Iowa’s 21+ Mystery Night at the Museum, hosted in partnership with Rook Room! Step into a brand-new mystery filled with fresh secrets, challenging puzzles, and hidden clues as you and your friends become detectives for the night, working together to unravel a captivating case that unfolds throughout the museum.
As the clock ticks, explore the exhibits in search of clues, connect the pieces of an all-new story, and uncover the truth before time runs out. With Rook Room’s expert storytelling and immersive gameplay, this is more than just a night out. It’s a one-of-a-kind adventure designed to test your instincts, challenge your problem-solving skills, and keep you guessing until the final reveal.
Enjoy cocktails, mingle with fellow amateur sleuths, and immerse yourself in an interactive mystery experience set against the backdrop of the Science Center after hours. The Legend of Rock Paper Scissors

You’ve played the game. Now see and hear the legend of the three great warriors who started it all… Long ago there lived three fierce warriors. From the Kingdom of Backyard came Rock; from the Empire of Mom’s Home Office came Paper, and from a messy village in the Junk Drawer Realm came Scissors. They were the strongest, smartest, and fastest in all the land. Though they searched far and wide for worthy opponents, no one could beat them…until they met each other and a musical battle royale began to see who would come out on top!

Adventure Clubhouse: The Boy Who Cried Wolf

One too many tricks test trust when danger finally comes knocking.
Adventure Clubhouse is a creative, participatory story theatre program for children 4-6 years old and their adults. Children learn the Adventure Clubhouse secret handshake, the spell to open the magic storybook, and listen for the word of the day. A new story is presented each month! Students are encouraged to use their imaginations, read, develop creative thinking skills, and be inspired to explore their world.

Court composer Antonio Salieri chases fame while questioning his God: Why is he, devout Salieri, condemned to mediocrity while a foul-mouthed wild child, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, is blessed with genius? consumed by jealousy, Salieri devises a scheme to bring down his rical. Amadeus is a Tony Award-winning story of music, myth, and amdness.
