Come to downtown Des Moines to Cowles Commons for the 6th Annual Hoops and Hops presented by Willis Nissan, March 16-18, 10 am – 10 pm. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in style while watching all the college basketball action!

There will be a large heated tent with music and beverages from the Iowa Craft Beer Tent. Four Des Moines food trucks will be on-site each day.

We also have your chance to win a Lifetime Basketball Hoop with adjustable height, shatterproof backboard, and portable base by registering on site.

Highlights for this year’s event include the following:

  • Food Trucks: The Big Red Food Truck, Charlotte’s Kitchen, Hawaiian Grill, and Big Mamas Bistro.
  • Beverages: Iowa Craft Beer Tent
  • 2 basketball courts
  • Music all day long
  • Sound for the games will be played when teams of local interest are playing
  • Large heated tent with jumbo TVs

This FREE event will happen rain or shine, so wear your school colors and come down to support your teams!
