Wedge Salad with Buttermilk-Bacon Dressing


1 head iceberg lettuce
Buttermilk-Bacon Dressing (recipe below)
¼ cup real bacon bits
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


Cut lettuce into 4 wedges. Place each wedge on a plate and drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese.

Serves 4.

Tassel Ridge® Buttermilk-Bacon Dressing


⅔ cup buttermilk
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder


Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Chef Heather’s Note: This dressing gets better the longer it sits, so preparing it the day before is a great idea!
