Waiki-kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes

Directions
Pour the juice in a blender.  Add the banana, kiwi, and honey;  blend until smooth.  Add ice and blend until thick.

Serves one. Approx. 300 calories.
