½ cup Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé
3 tsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
4 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups milk
marshmallows for garnish
Bring Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé to a simmer over low heat. Combine cocoa powder, sugar, and salt in bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of milk and stir until combined. Add remaining milk and stir until combined. Add to Chocolate Granfinalé and bring to a vigorous simmer, whisking occasionally, until heated through. Pour into cups or mugs. Garnish with marshmallows.
