Tassel Ridge Hail Mary


1 strip of bacon, cooked in microwave until crisp and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 dill pickle spear, cut into 1⁄2 inch pieces
1 bamboo skewer
4 oz Tassel Ridge 2008 Iowa St. Croix
6 oz tomato juice
7 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
5 dashes of hot sauce
pinch of celery salt
salt and pepper to taste
1 celery stalk

Thread pickle and bacon pieces onto skewer, alternating pieces, until skewer is full. Set aside. Combine wine, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and salt and pepper to taste in a wine glass. Stir until spices are blended. Garnish with dill pickle-bacon skewer and celery stalk. Serves 1.
