1 6-oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1¼ cups heavy cream, scalded
2 pasteurized egg yolks
3 Tbsp Tassel Ridge Finalé Raspberry
Put all ingredients in a blender (or food processor) and blend until smooth — the hot cream will melt the chocolate chips. Pour into six ramekins. Chill at least three hours until pudding like consistency. Serves 6.
