1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp cold water
½ cup Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé™
⅛ cup sugar
½ cup fresh blackberries
Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl and set aside. Combine Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé, sugar, and blackberries in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until reduced by half. Mash the berries and strain mixture into small bowl. Return liquid to saucepan and add cornstarch mixture. Simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and pour into small bowl. Cool to room temperature. Makes ½ cup.
Serving suggestions: Serve over cheesecake or ice cream and garnish with fresh blackberries.
