1 lb ground sirloin
1-2 tsp chipotle seasoning
½ tsp ground black pepper
Cheddar cheese slices
Cheddar jalapeno focaccia demis (available at Hy-Vee Bakery)
In a bowl, combine beef, chipotle seasoning, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly. Lightly shape ground beef into four ½-inch-thick patties. Place patties on grill over medium-high heat. Cook for 11-13 minutes to medium (160°F) doneness, until no longer pink and juices show no pink color, turning once. Add cheese. Serve on toasted cheddar jalapeno focaccia.
