Ingredients
- 1 CUP BUTTER
- 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
- 2 EGGS, BEATEN
- 3 TBSP.MILK MIXED WITH ONE TSP. BAKING SODA (SOURS MILK)
- 1 TSP. VANILLA
- 2 3/4 CUP FLOUR
Directions
- CREAM BUTTER, SLOWLY ADD THE SUGAR WHILE BEATING.
- ADD EGGS AND BEAT WELL.
- ADD MILK MIXED WITH SODA, VANILLA AND THEN ADD FLOUR SLOWLY.
- CHILL SLIGHTLY FOR EASIER ROLLING.
- ROLL DOUGH OUT 1/4 INCH THICK AND SPRINKLE WITH ADDITIONAL SUGAR.
- USING COOKIE CUTTER CUT COOKIES AND PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES.
MAKES APPROX. 2 DOZEN COOKIES.
