Smoky Spice Rub for Beef

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp dried oregano

1 Tbsp smoked paprika

1 Tbsp onion powder

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 ½ tsp salt

1 ½ tsp black pepper

1 lb top sirloin steak or other tender cut of beef

Directions:

Mix all spices together and store in air-tight, waterproof container or Ziploc bag. Prep meat as desired, leaving whole or cutting into chunks or strips for kabobs. Rub meat liberally with Smoky Spice Rub before cooking. Makes a scant ¼ cup.
