whole wheat thin spaghetti
1 Tbsp olive oil
4-5 fresh tomatoes, chopped
¼ tsp black pepper, or more to taste
¼ tsp garlic salt, or more to taste
1 Tbsp dried basil, or more to taste
shredded Parmesan cheese
freshly ground pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat olive oil in sauce pan. Add tomatoes, pepper, garlic salt, and basil. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until tomatoes are done to your taste (from just heated to the consistency of a chunky sauce). Serve over hot pasta. Garnish with shredded cheese and freshly ground pepper. Makes 4 servings.
