Ingredients
- 3-4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 TB flour
- 1 TB butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Mix flour, sugar and rhubarb. Set aside.
- Beat eggs, add milk and vanilla.
- Add to rhubarb mixture.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Dot with butter.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then 350 for 30 minutes or until set.
