Ranch Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 (10 oz.) bags angel hair slaw
  • 2/3 c. reduced calorie ranch dressing
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges in light syrup, well drained
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped

Directions:

  • Combine green onions and slaw in a large bowl.
  • Add ranch dressing; toss to coat.
  • Add mandarin oranges and chopped avocado; toss gently.
  • Serve immediately. 12 – 3/4 cup servings.

Note: It will water out if stored in the refrigerator for any length of time.
