Put eggs in cold water, enough to cover. Once water comes to a boil, set timer for 20 minutes. Get as much hot water drained out of pan and add cold water to it. Tap and crack eggs lightly and take off shells. With sharp knife cut eggs in two lengthwise. Empty yolks in small bowl. Squish yolks with fork until crumbly. Add:
- ¼ teaspoon celery seed
- ½ teaspoon cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon yellow mustard
- Salt & pepper
- Add Miracle Whip to right consistency.
Fill eggs. Sprinkle with paprika or Old Bay for color.
