Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. English style dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp onion salt
- 1/4 C. red wine vinegar
- 1 C. sour cream
- 3 C. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 C. buttermilk
- 8 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese
Directions
- Whisk together garlic, mustard, peppers and onion salt.
- Add vinegar, Worcestershire and Tabasco.
- Add sour cream, mayonnaise and buttermilk.
- Fold in the crumbled Maytag Blue Cheese and chill.
Makes 6 cups.
May be used as a dip by reducing the vinegar and buttermilk amounts.
