Maxwell’s 7-Can Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. LEAN Ground Beef
  • 2 – 15 oz. cans of Hunts Seasoned, Diced Tomato Sauce for Chili
  • 2 – 14.5 oz. cans of Del Monte Diced Tomatoes w/green chilies
  • 2 – 11 oz. cans of Green Giant Southwestern Style Corn
  • 1 – 16 oz. can of Pinto Beans (drained)
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cilantro
  • Grated colby jack or cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet, add cumin, chili powder, garlic salt and black pepper to ground beef.
  • Mix the browned ground beef with the cans of ingredients and the cilantro in a stew pot or large crock pot and cook to simmer – medium low heat for stew pot or 4 hour setting for crock pot. Reduce heat and serve MANY! (Top with cheese.)
