Lemon-Curry Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 16 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2T lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. ground mustard
  • ½ tsp. curry powder
  • 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks; set whites aside.
  • In a bowl, mash yolks. Add the remaining ingredients; mix well
  • And put mixture into egg whites. Refrigerate until serving.

Makes 32.
