Italian Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 – 3 lbs Bottom Round
  • 2 packages French’s Au Jus Mix
  • 1 package Good Season’s Zesty Italian dressing mix
  • 3 cups water

Directions

  • Put meat into crock pot.
  • Add all 3 pkgs. and water. Cook over low heat 7-8 hours.
  • Shred beef with a fork in the crock-pot.
  • Serve with fresh bakery buns.
