Hot Apple Cider


4 cups apple cider
1 cup Tassel Ridge Candlelight
1⁄4 cup honey
1 sprig of rosemary
3 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
1 star anise
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 apple slices for garnish
Combine the cider, wine, honey, rosemary, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and lemon juice in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes. Strain the cider and discard the solid pieces. Serve warm. Garnish with apple slice. Serves 4-5.
