Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk OR soy milk
  • 1 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt (Opt. but increase milk to 1 cup if omit yogurt)
  • 1 1/2 tsp honey (alter to taste)
  • 1 tsp flax seed (Optional)
  • 1/2 scoop whey protein (Optional)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

Directions
No ice needed because the fruit is frozen.  Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.  Alter to your liking.
