Cookie Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large (15oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 boxes Vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 2 ½ cups buttermilk
  • 1 pkg Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies, crushed
  • 1 tub of Cool Whip, thawed

Directions

  • Whisk pudding mix and buttermilk.
  • Stir in fruit.
  • Gently fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies.
  • (Note: You may want to set aside some cookies for garnish.) Chill 2 hours.

Serves 8-12.
