Chicken Rolls w/ Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. chicken breast, sliced to 1 1/2 x 3 inch slices
  • 2 slices ham, 1 x 1 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 Chinese sausage, thin sliced
  • 3 stalks green onion, sliced, 1 1/2 inch long
  • 1 zucchini, sliced 1 x 1 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 to 4 c. oil

Marinade:

  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. white wine
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • Sweet & Sour (same as for drumsticks)

Directions

  • Thinly slice chicken into rectangle slices. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Wrap ham, Chinese sausage, green onion inside chicken slices. Use toothpicks to hold together.
  • Heat oil in wok. Deep fry chicken rolls until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
  • To serve, arrange on plate and pour over sauce.
