Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. chicken breast, sliced to 1 1/2 x 3 inch slices
- 2 slices ham, 1 x 1 1/2 inch slices
- 1 Chinese sausage, thin sliced
- 3 stalks green onion, sliced, 1 1/2 inch long
- 1 zucchini, sliced 1 x 1 1/2 inch slices
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 3 to 4 c. oil
Marinade:
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. white wine
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- Sweet & Sour (same as for drumsticks)
Directions
- Thinly slice chicken into rectangle slices. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Wrap ham, Chinese sausage, green onion inside chicken slices. Use toothpicks to hold together.
- Heat oil in wok. Deep fry chicken rolls until golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
- To serve, arrange on plate and pour over sauce.
