Cheesy Crock-Pot Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs. frozen hash browns (Dahl’s Best Choice brand Southern Style
  • small chunks work best.)
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1 large (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups of Colby-Jack cheese

Directions:

  • Layer all ingredients in a crock pot on High stirring about every half-hour as hash browns thaw and cook down.
  • Cook for about 4 hours.
