Beef Marinade


¾ cup Tassel Ridge American Syrah

cup balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed

½ tsp pepper

3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced

1 lb round or chuck steak


Combine first seven ingredients in a Ziploc bag and add meat. Marinate for at least 8 hours or preferably overnight. Prepare meat as desired, either cooking whole or cutting into chunks or strips for kabobs. Serves 4.
