Baked Brie and Pears


1 8-oz wheel Brie, chilled
1 Tbsp pear or apple juice
1 Tbsp honey
½ tsp fresh thyme, minced
2 firm pears, cut into thin wedges
2 tsp lemon juice


Preheat oven to 400F. Using a serrated knife, carefully slice papery white rind off top of Brie. Whisk juice and honey in small bowl until combined. Drizzle over Brie. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes, until cheese is soft.

Toss pears with lemon juice. Serve with Brie.

Serves 6.
