COOKIE SALAD
1 large (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large (15oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 boxes Vanilla instant pudding mix
2 ½ cups buttermilk
1 pkg Keebler Fudge Stripe cookies, crushed
1 tub of Cool Whip, thawed
Whisk pudding mix and buttermilk. Stir in fruit. Gently fold in whipped topping and crushed cookies. (Note: You may want to set aside some cookies for garnish.) Chill 2 hours. Serves 8-12.
