Mom’s Favorite Slush
School’s Out. Kids love Slushees. Parents may need a “spiked” version.
2 pkgs. strawberry Kool-Aid
2 pkgs. orange Kool-Aid
4 qts. water
4 C. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can orange juice
1 (12 oz.) can lemonade
1 tall can pineapple juice
1 (16 oz.) bottle 7-up
rum or vodka to taste
Mix all ingredients except the 7-up. Freeze either in one large container or in individual plastic cups. When ready to serve, fill glass with 1/2 slush and 1/2 pop.
