Teriyaki Kabobs
½ C. soy sauce
¼ C. brown sugar
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
¼ tsp. cracked pepper
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 ½ lbs. top sirloin steak, cubed
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, ginger, pepper and garlic. Mix well. Put sauce and meat in large enough bowl so sauce will cover meat. Stir and let stand 2 hours at room temperature. Thread beef cubes on each of 4 skewers. Broil over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes, medium well. Turn often and baste. Serves 4.
