Known as “The Man in Black” for his traditionally dark colored clothing, Cash is known as a country music icon whose deep baritone-bass impacted various genres and led to his inclusion into not only the Country Music Hall of Fame, but the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Gospel Music Hall of Fame as well.

He died of complications due to diabetes in 2003.
