Def Leppard and KISS are in top secret talks to team up for a summer tour.

Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell let the news slip when he was asked about rumors of a tour with Poison and KISS during an interview with TicketsThere.com about possible dates with Kiss and Poison.

He said, “I’d say you’d be half right there, but only half right and half wrong.”

Poison bassist Bobby Dall has previously hinted that his group will be touring with Def Leppard, but bandmate Rikki Rockett put down plans last month, insisting Poison would not be on the road this summer.

Campbell urges fans to be patient, adding, “There will be an announcement of our tour imminently, we’re talking a matter of days. It has to be announced, because we’re almost at summertime.”
