About Amy Amy Sweet is a Cyclone married to a very understanding Hawkeye, who has put up with her strange sense of humor for 13 years. She has two amazing daughters; Peyton and Kenzie Charlotte. You'll also hear her talk about her fur baby Tilly, a golden doodle and sometimes the only one who will listen to her. Amy loves ghostly stuff , HGTV, the American Horror Story series, SVU ,criminal minds and So You Think You Can Dance are also shows that intrigue her. She loves a cold Moscow mule and hot yoga (not both at the same time because she might spill her mule). She's crafty and enjoys repurposing furniture, loves antique shops and flea markets and is terrified of clowns!

About Pam Pam Dixon has been a familiar voice to central Iowans for over 30 years. A Beaverdale native & Hoover High graduate, Pam has to pinch herself that she’s working for the radio station she grew up listening to in Des Moines! Pam was formerly heard on KRNQ (Q-102) and KLYF in the 80’s and 90’s before being lured back to the biz by KIOA! As a breast cancer survivor, Pam is active with the Susan G. Komen Iowa Foundation and Bras for the Cause. Email Pam
