Get “jazzed” up for the 3rd annual Mardi Gras Gala, the signature fundraiser event to support the Urbandale Community Action Network (UCAN), to be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 7pm – 11pm at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites on Merle Hay Road in Urbandale.  Your $50 ticket ($25 of which is tax deductable) allows you to enter the mystical world of New Orleans and enjoy an evening filled with lively entertainment of a jazz band, an incredible buffet with a New Orleans-themed menu and a silent auction.  Tickets are $50 per person (no guarantee for a table) or a table of 8 for a discounted rate (call 515-278-3936 for details).
