Grandview Park, Des Moines,

Come outside this evening to see WHOO is keeping busy this winter. We start inside the shelter and discuss the owls that live in Iowa and what is special about them. You will have a chance to see a live Screech Owl up close, inspect some owl items and ask questions. Then we put on our warm coats and boots then go outside to look for some wild owls that live in the park. This program is free and open to the public. Participants may choose to attend part or the entire program.
