1931 Model “A” Ford Coupe

In 1976, the original owner had just finished the basic chassis before he passed away.  Fifteen years later, Steve found the Model “A” Ford in a barn in Grinnell. Steve found many of the parts in several surrounding buildings and by 1992 has the Model “A” Ford up and running.

Steve built a 283 Chevy engine and powerglide trans which powers the car including a GM 12 bolt posi rear end.  Over the years, Steve has upgraded the Model “A” Ford with a electronic ignition, carb and intake manifold.
