Only produced for two years (2,118 in ’78 and 2,188 in ’79), the Lil Red Express came factory with only a police 360 high performance 4bbl motor with chrome valve covers, wood trim chrome stack exhaust, chrome five slot steel wheels, dual snorkel cold air intake and the famous gold pinstripe and door decals, and the choice of black or red dash, seat and carpet and air conditioning. Robert has the black with ac making it the most rare. He has done complete transmission and engine rebuilds and upgrades with Mopar performance parts including high lift cam , balanced higher compression lower end, better flowing heads, aluminum valve covers for show and go. It still has it’s original paint and decals.
