Mother's Day Egg Muffins



Mother’s Day Egg Muffins
 
 
3 eggs
1/3 cup half & half cream
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/3 cup onion/garlic croutons
Dash of salt and pepper
OPTIONAL:  chopped ham, cooked crumbled sausage
 
Beat eggs and cream. Combine remaining ingredients with the liquid mixture and stir gently.  Spray large muffin pans with vegetable spray.  Bake at 325 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.  Makes 4 very large muffins.
