Historic Valley Junction Farmers Markets ((Every Thursday, May 1 through October 2 from 4p – 8p)
The Farmer’s Market is located in the 100-200 (and sometimes 300) blocks of 5th Street and feature produce, baked goods, prepared foods, arts crafts and more.

Music in the Junction (Every Thursday, May 1 through October 2 from 5:30p – 8:30p)
Free concert held in Railroad Park at 5th and Railroad in West Des Moines.
